The Challenge
This shopping centre delivered in Q2-2008 was not attractive and saw within the first 2 years many bankruptcies within the tenants.
C&W got the challenge to find solutions to make the shopping centre more attractive and to find new tenants for the vacant surfaces
The Solution
Step 1: Conduct a comprehensive situation analysis. Find and propose solution to Landlord
Step 2: Get all authorisations and quotation for the project and start the commercialisation of the vacant surfaces.
Step 3: Implement the solutions and launch the “new” shopping centre
The Results
A relooking of the building and a marketing plan have been planned and works started Q1-2012.
New tenants have been found and a lease of 3,500 sqm signed with a DIY Shop.
