The Challenge
The challenge was to compete with 72 competitors on this unique national building competition.
It went over a 36,000 sq.m. scheme (residential, retail, office) located at the crossing of the best retail high street of Luxembourg-City (Grand Rue ) and the best office location (Boulevard Royal).
The Solution
Create the best team possible (architects, developers, etc.) and maintain a regular and positive contact between the team member.
The Results
After several pre-selection processes (18 months), we have won the competition and are now starting the pre-leasing process.
