"2017 was the year of the integration, 2018 is going to be the year we build on success", three months after his nomination as Country Head Cushman & Wakefield Luxembourg, Sébastien Bequet confirms the ambitions of the Luxembourg office that continues to grow in size and strength.
Over the last few months Cushman & Wakefield Luxembourg has undergone several changes. DTZ Luxembourg and Cushman & Wakefield Luxembourg have merged, each company offering complementary services. The workforce has doubled over a very short period of time. And then the acquisition of Admos occurred. The new service line specializes in the well-being at work and the integration of New Ways of Working in terms of Build & Design, enabling Cushman & Wakefield to better meet the clients’ needs.
Sébastien Bequet explains: "The professionalism and the common efforts of the teams have allowed a fast and efficient integration within the new structure. 2018 will be in the continuation of 2017. A year where all the actions we have implemented are starting to bear fruit at all levels of the organization, helping our teams to achieve the ambitious goals we have set in terms of customer services, visibility and market positioning. In just over a few years, the real estate market in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has literally exploded.
Over the last 2 months, 13 new employees have joined the company in order to answer the clients’ needs and ensure the steady pace of growth in the office.
Among them, 8 have joined the Asset Services department, 3 the Office Agency department and 2 the General Services.
The Asset Services team has now 23 colleagues, including 8 within a Property Manager role, 7 Client Accountants, 3 support functions and 5 site-based staff at Auchan in Kirchberg. Among the newcomers, Vivien Honoré (Commercial Property Manager), Yasmina Boudali (Team Assistant), Hervé Buresta (Technical Property Manager) and Audrey Noll (Team Assistant and Marketing Support for the Shopping Centres).
The Client Finance department, managed by Patricia Van Eeckhout, head of BeLux Client Finance, has announced the arrival of Joanna Ndikumana (Senior Client Accountant), Aurélie Sachot (Customer Accountant), Sidonie Jounda (Junior Client Accountant) and Giulio Carini (Junior Client Accountant). The strengthening of Client Finance department will enable Cushman & Wakefield to provide a service to its clients that meets their expectations in terms of financial management of their real estate assets.
Last but not least, 3 new colleagues will join the Office Agency team. Alexandro Dozzo has already joined as Junior Consultant. Philippe Fostier and Leila Lopes will soon join as Senior Consultants. Alexandro started in the medical sector. Philippe and Leila have respectively 7 and 5-year experience in the real estate sector in Luxembourg. Alexandro, Philippe and Leila will be assisting our clients in all their real estate strategies, whether in the area of consultancy for renting or selling, or for real estate portfolio development purpose.
