Chris Owen came to Cushman & Wakefield as Senior Research Analyst for the Orlando and Jacksonville markets.
Mr. Owen began his real estate career in Research Services with Marcus & Millichap in Los Angeles. His depth of experience includes his role as Director of Marketing and Transition Manager, Corporate Accounts for Trammel Crow Company in San Francisco as well as Senior Project Manager for Combined Properties in Los Angeles.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Owen worked as a consultant for OAKi Consulting/International Business Group LLC conducting market and sensitivity analysis, site location assessment, and investment analysis for office, industrial, multifamily, and retail properties located throughout the state of Florida.
A native of Jacksonville, Mr. Owen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History with a concentration in International Affairs from Fordham University in New York.
