Lee Warfield is active in site selection and tenant representation services for regional and national retailers as well as shopping center representation, land assemblage and pre-development leasing. Lee has represented many prominent retailers such as Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Kroger, Regal Entertainment, and Wawa and has played a part in many of the region’s major retail developments. Lee also leads the firm’s brokerage operations, driving the firm’s growth in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
